Kids Yoga in Dublin 13
Book a place →What happens in the class
Saturday mornings in Belmayne are an hour of yoga that looks a lot more like an adventure than a class. Lyndsey trades rigid alignment for imagination, storytelling and a good deal of giggling. Children move through playful poses, learn to slow their breathing, and finish somewhere calm — which, for a lot of families, is the real reason they come back.
Alongside the movement there is a creative focus on chakra connection, described in language a child actually understands, so they can start to notice their own energy and mood. Lyndsey weaves in soothing sound elements to build emotional resilience, and every child goes home with their own affirmation card for the week so the mindfulness carries on past the mat.
Who it suits
Classes are for primary school-aged children. Two Saturday times run back to back, at 11:30am and 12:30pm, which keeps groups small and lets Lyndsey put children with children of a similar age. The only thing asked of your child is a genuine interest in learning yoga and mindfulness — no flexibility, no experience, no sporty streak required.
ASD-friendly, and not as an afterthought
Little Lotus won Best Class for Inclusivity at the Tots Spots Awards 2026, and inclusion is built into how the room runs rather than bolted on. There is a sensory tent in every class, so a child who needs a few quiet minutes can take them and rejoin when they feel ready — no fuss made, no attention drawn. If your child has specific needs, say so on the booking form and Lyndsey will plan around them before the first session.

About Lyndsey
Lyndsey Moore is a mum of two and an experienced kids' yoga teacher, qualified and accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Her approach is multi-sensory: alongside yoga she draws on play therapy skills, children's holistic sound therapy and Reiki Level 1 training, and she is a certified baby massage instructor with the IAIM. She is Garda vetted and fully insured, and Little Lotus has its own Child Safeguarding Policy in line with the Children First Act 2015.
How booking works
Places are offered from the class list. The booking form asks for your child's details, an emergency contact, anything medical Lyndsey needs to know, and your photo-consent choice — everything needed to keep the room safe before your child starts. Once you have a place you will be told what to pay and how.
